You could start with exporting the main settings from their Registry.
IE settings:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\Internet Explorer]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\Internet Explorer]
I guess the ultimate would be to get all there settings with this:
