I have a customer that is using IE 6 that has problems with an application
that I can run just fine. I am unable to duplicate their issues. Is there a
way for me to get all the current IE settings from my PC and theirs to do a
stare and compare and find out if they have some setting configured that I
don't, or viceversa?

Thanks,

Todd

You could start with exporting the main settings from their Registry.
IE settings:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\Internet Explorer]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\Internet Explorer]

I guess the ultimate would be to get all there settings with this:

Internet Explorer Backup - BackRex Software:
