Determine what folder particular email is filed in

's Computer Specifications

When reminders pop up relating to an email, I sometimes would like to see
what else is in the folder where that email resides. How can I quickly find
that folder? I'm thinking this would apply to any open email. 'Properties'
doesn't appear to guide me there.
