I've installed the software to flash phones. Now I have to install it via the
USB drive using a USB cable. However, it's telling me I don't have the
correct com port. When I was installing the software, something popped up
regarding com ports. Unfortunately, I accidentally shut out of it. Now I am
unable to use the drive--it doesn't work properly.

Any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks!
Leslie

COM ports (serial) and USB ports are entirely different issues. You may
want to consult the corresponding help file or contact the software manu-
facturer's tech support.
