Detele duplicate labels in Microsoft Word?

's Computer Specifications

I have a Microsoft Office 2007 document with mailing labels set up. I have
200 pages total. Some of these labels might be duplicates and I need to
remove them. How can i do this?

Use http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm to convert the
labels to a data file. Sort the file. Remove any duplicates and re-merge to
labels - http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm
