I have an application where I want to protect any opened files against
untimely closure specificly ctrl-C.

It does not seem like desctructors are called when the application is
terminated with a ctrl-C.

Also the following events are not called, and they are only activated in
Windows Forms applications:
Application.ApplicationExit
Application.ThreadExit

Any ideas ?

Thanks
/joal
