Detecting .Net framework version for use in visual studio install

Hi,

I'd like to detect the .Net framework version so I can check it for a
launch condition in a setup project I have. Ideally I'd like to have
a check that will determine if the version is greater than 1.0.####
where i #### is a specific number. If the version is greater than
this(including all v1.1) then the install will continue otherwise the
user will be asked if they want to upgrade and sent to a web page with
corresponding downloads.

Thanks
