I'm noticing my computer has been running very slow. It is a brand new compac
presario and I've got Shaw high speed internet, I tried doing a norton virus
scan nothing. I did a spyware check and fixed any spyware I had, But It is
still going slow. after restarting I noticed that my computer is detecting a
new hardware device. but I don't have any new hardware on my computer. it
reads it as a video controler (VGA compatable). Is this some sort of virus
thing? is it what's causing my computer to be slow? If not what else can I do?
