Detecting changes to desktop wallpaper image

Hi all,

I'd like to detect when the user changes the desktop background image
(the wallpaper). Is there a way to do this? I know how to set/get
the current image. But other than timed polling of the background
image to programmatically determine if it's changed since the last
check, is there a way to be notified of such changes?

Thanks,

Kevin White
