I run XP Sp2 and Windows Defender works well. But since a couple of days,
the Resident warns me about un unknown driver trying to install on the
computer.

I blocked it, but it keeps trying to install, and Windows defender
constantly ask me what to do. It feels like it ignores my allow-block
choice.

Spynet doens't have any rating about this driver, and the spyware scan
returns no result. This isn't spyware or anything, so why WD never remember
my action?

Driver's name: system23/drivers/SISNPF
The manufactuer: Politecnico di Torino

I did not install anything new on my computer since WD.

Thanks!

This is one reason why by default user notification about "not yet
classified" objects is turned off, in tools, general options, near the
bottom.

What should happen is that Spynet should record your choices, and those of
other users of this software driver, and eventually that may fix the
situation. With a tool used by a comparatively small number of users, this
may take awhile, however.

LOL; I didn't realize one could scroll down the general settings and find
that stuff!
