Installed an Adaptec 2930 Ultra SCSI successfully.
Connected AGFA ARCUS II scanner and installed win xp
driver. Scanner works fine; but, I continually get
the 'New Hardware detected'. I have gone through the
wizard, I have cancelled the wizard, I have restarted the
computer. EVERY time I log onto the computer I get this
message (even though the scanner is installed and works
properly). If I answer the message in any way, I get the
message again. At this moment, I have instructed the user
to ignore the message, not clicking on anything, and use
the computer as needed. This is not a satisfactory
solution. Any ideas?
