Hello. I've been trying to fix my problem with my Total Media 3. The audio
is about 3 seconds late than video. My TV Tuner is a KWorld USB. I have
the latest update to my Motherboard drivers. I have installed/re-installed
the KWorld driver. I have the correct Total Media 3 version that came
bundled with the tuner. This started happening when I replaced my
motherboard to Gigabyte! I don't know if it is the motherboard or the tuner
itself! And, I also installed the latest Windows Media Encoder. I am now
tempted to dump this Gigabyte motherboard and buy another brand. What else
can I do?

Thanks in advance.

You need to be asking the support / help desks for the TV tuner and third
party items.

As it`s a new motherboard , try uninstalling/reinstalling KWorld .
