Hi Jayson,
I can probably help but I need more detail about why you are having no
luck. Does the device show up in the Gaming Options control panel? Does it
show up in Device Manager? Is there any yellow "bang" marks on the device in
Device Manager? What kind of USB chipset does the controller have that you
are connecting to? Can you send me or post a Dxdiag report of your system
while a device is connected? Please be as specific as you can. Often it is
the little details that can make a difference.
Dxdiag:
Click Start -> Run
Type dxdiag in the Run box and hit Enter
When the DX Diagnostic tool loads click "Save All Information..." button.
Save the output and post it here.
