Desktop shortcuts send me to printer setup

's Computer Specifications

I used Avant browser for a while and after uninstalling it, ddestop shortcuts
take me to my printer setup. Favorites work fine but would like to access
them from shortcuts.

Thanks for the help but I found the problem. I had forgotten to have
Explorer check to make sure it was the default browser after removing Avant.
Checked that and everything works fine.
