After a fresh reinstall, upgrading from XP Home to XP
Pro, SP1, I've set up my wife's account as limited user,
but I've encountered 2 issues. With limited user, she
can not select a picture as your desktop image and every
time she starts up Outlook Express she has to reload her
address book from a previous settings folder.
I restored the settings/documents from the prior
install. It had administrator privilege.
If I grant her Administrator access, the
wallpaper/desktop image will set and the WAB address book
will hold. Any thoughts / reason?!
Can I edit the restored settings to get the desktop and
WAB stability back without going to Admin access?
