Hi there. IS there an easy way to restric users from saving file to their
desktop?

Hi,

The easiest way is to use Folder Redirection to redirect the Desktop folder
to a "read only" folder on the server. That way they won't be able to save.

Personally, I use Mandatory Profiles which lets them save to the desktop but
deletes everything on logoff. Doesn't take them too long to learn to save to
My Documents instead.
