I suspect that English is the OP's second (or third!) language.
Nothing wrong with that! Here is what he probably means:

"Do you know of a tool that will efficiently modify the
registry of a few hundred PCs?"

Do you have an answer for him?

Hi, William - The method to do this really depends on exactly what you
want to do. Please post back with a better description of your end goal.
I assume that the workstations are running XP Pro, but include the
Service Pack level and the Server operating system in your next post.

William,

If you give the newsgroup more info on what type of changes you need to what
types of programs etc then we can come up with a way to help you.

What you could do is create a registry file, use PSExec to execute regedit
with a switch importing the registry file

PSEXEC can be found here:

If your business has a programmer then get them to write an application that
imports the information from a text or XML file. This would be your best
option & is extremely simple to write
