When I open the Properties from the Desktop, all I see is a General tab and
under it it says Not Available. This is what else I see:
Protocel: File Protocol
Type: HTML Document
Connection: Not Encrypted
Address: file://C......
Size: Not Available
Created: Not Available
Modified: Not Available

Can anyone help me? The color of the desktop is a light grey, and when you
move the mouse over a folder or open a window, it turns white. There are no
pictures.
