I downloaded and installed what was supposed to be a new
driver for NVIDIA GeForce Video card. Rebooted computer,
now icons and windows are so tiny I cannot read them or
distinguish them. If I reboot into safe mode, they are so
large they have pushed the start bar off the screen,(on a
21" monitor, no less)so I cannot click on the start button
or otherwise get contol panel up so I can reset the
resolution. I was hoping there was a short cut key to fire
up control panel from my keyboard rather than from mouse.
Any advice, clues, or hints greatfully accepted,

R-click on the desktop and select "Properties"
