Desktop icons white & slowy appear in full @ bootup

When i bootup pc i see all my Desktop icon all white then slowly appear
fully takes like 20-45 sec b4 they fully appear with color & all. I ran
bootvis & also set to adjust for best performance & still does it. I
defraged & all & no dice. Is there a setting so my icons appear fully when I
first boot up? I also uncecked the search for automaticly search for network
file & printer in folder options & same.

Please Help!
