Desktop icons repeadily flash to a negative appearance then return to normal
appearance. This happens whenever I access an icon. Then, when I try to move
an icon, it snaps back to the original position.
Left clicking on desktop/ arrange icons by/show desktop icons is checked
nothing else is checked. If I try to check anything else, the icons begin
flashing and the process appears to take over and returning is very slow.
This started less than a week ago out of the clear blue. Only thing I may
have done is loaded a new update.
