Desktop icons and programs

's Computer Specifications

All of a sudden some of my desktop icons have disappeared. The only ones
showing are the ones in the taskbar. Also, when I click on Start, All
Programs no programs show up. Help!

When was the problem first seen, and what changes were made to the system recently?

Use System Restore to Undo Changes if Problems Occur:
