First add the mailbox to the users mail profile as per;
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/permissions.htm
Then you create a shortcut;
outlook:\\mailboxname\foldername
You can easily retrieve the shortcut to create when you enable the Web
toolbar in Outlook.
