Desktop.Html On Top Of Wallpaper

My wallpaper is being covered up by the following file:
windows\web\desktop.html. I've gone in and deleted that file, but then I
just have a blank white screen on my desktop. My desktop icons are visible
on top of everything. Just to be clear - it's not that my wallpaper is
using the wrong file. My wallpaper picture is barely visible on the upper
edge of my screen, and I can right click there and get to my desktop
properties. It's just that this "desktop.html" file seems to be sitting on
top of the wallpaper, but under my desktop icons.

This all just started about 2 weeks ago, and I've scanned multiple times
with Spybot, Adaware, and Mcafee. Mcafee located some problems and fixed
them, but this problem remains.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks,

Jack

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can't believe it was that simple. I've
been trying to fix this for 2 weeks. I didn't know there was an option to
show a web as the desktop, and I don't know how my system got set to the web
page for the desktop, but it's ok now.

Thanks again
