Desktop font colour

Hi - I cant find how to change the font colour for the writing
underneath desktop fonts. Mine remains white and I want to change to
black. Can someone help me please?

      13th Feb 2006
Right click the Desktop.
Click Properties > Appearance tab > Advanced button.
Select Icon from the Item dropdown menu.
Change the Font color.
Click ok > Apply > Ok.
