Desktop Error Message

When I click on my name on the welcome screen, i get an
error sound and it goes to my desktop but pops up an
error message that says Windows cannot find "copy". Make
sure you typed the correct name. When I click on OK
everything is fine from there but can't seem to get rid
of the initial error message. Also, takes a long time
from welcome screen to desktop error message. Any ideas?
Does it for all 3 users (1 administrator and 2 limited)
