Product: Windows XP (Traditional Chinese version)

Sometimes when I add icons in my desktop, the following
may happen:
- the shortcut icon of "accessories | recorder" will move
to the next block, and a new icon replace its place.

If modify/delete, the following may happen:
- icons are re-arranged

Can anyone know why?
How can I solve so?
[Please tell me step-by-step if possible, thanks !!]

Thank you very much for your attention and answers.
