I apparently hit some sort of hotkey while replacing the batteries in m
wireless keyboard. My desktop now displays upside down. How can
change it to display correctly

Try going to the manufacturer of the Computer's website and look under
Support>Knowledge Base.

Go to control panel under display then look under display settings then
orientation. Should be able to change it there.
