hi,
I have problem with my pc.Whenever i try to start my computer the
following banner text appears on at the bottom of the screen "This copy of
Windows is not genuine, You may be the victim of software counterfeiting" and
then my computer restarts. i can not log on to the computer. how can i
resolve the issue?

Buy a boxed version of Windows XP.

Your installed version of XP is "illegal" and the not genuine is
blocking it.

the thing is that i can not log on..how to can i fix it...would you please
tell me how to log on into safe mode

i did and even if i cannot log in through safe mode either...it does not let
me log in at all...banner appears and then restart the system..i do not know
what to do

it was working fine for few months....i do not know probably it was ...but
how can i fix it.i just wanna get the desktop back so i can put the right key
or do something else...

You need to obtain a genuine copy of Windows and do a repair install or a
reinstall.

how am i gonna install? i did as u said...did not work then i install fresh
copy and its working as a dua operating system... but the old one does not
work...new one works...how can i get into the old one
