I have a question about the Personalize Background window. All the pictures
in this display are showing the same and not the actual picture. I called the
manufacturer of the computer and they instructed me to re-install Vista
(right out of the box! new never used). Anyone have any idea why the
pictures are not showing up in the pesonalize background screen?

Don't know why they aren't displaying properly for you-
change the "Picture Location", browse to Windows>Web>Wallpaper
