(Type the above in Start, Run)

If you've used the same method ("Set as Background" context menu option in IE), then it would have overwritten the "Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp". The previous image can't be recovered in that case. You can try a third-party file recovery tool though.

Well, the problem is that I didn't save it to my computer- I only
right-clicked the picture and chose 'set as background'.
