Hello:

I'm trying to provide an end user without administrative privilege the
ability to run backup software on their computer.

I've tried several different scenarios to get the software to work properly
with their existing "level of privilege" without success.

What I would to be able to do is to create an icon that would on their
desktop that when run would the application with local administrative
privilege.

I use "Run As" frequently in my day-to-day administrator activities, but
have never tried to use it in this manner.

Is something like this possible and if so, how would you set it up?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Bob
