I clicked on something and now all my desktop icons have moved to the right.
When I open a WP program in the full view, the top task bar cannot be seen.
I either have to work in a small screen view or do without the task bar. How
do I return?

When the taskbar is visible, right click on it/properties. Then choose "Keep
the taskbar on top of other windows".

Regarding your desktop icons, right-click on your desktop and choose "sort
by name" and then right-click /"automatically arrange" . This will move
everything back to the upper left.
