Hello, I recently updated to Outlook 2007. I noticed that I never recieve
the little desktop alerts when I recieve a new email (whether it be for the
default inbox or my homtail inbox). I have checked the settings and I
believe everything is correct.

Really, i just want notifications for ny hotmail account. Is there anyway to
do this?

Also, iIs there a way to merge my hotmail emails into the default inbox?

Only if using Outlook Live and the Outlook Connector with a premium Hotmail
account.

No, unless, again, you have a Hotmail Premium account.
