Desktop Alert when new mail arrives

Hi there,

About 1/2 the time I get a Desktop Alert for new mail it does not work
when I click to open it and I get an Operation Failed type error.

Here is a snapshot of the Example Desktop Alert and the Outlook Option
to setup Desktop Alerts:

Any idea why it works sometimes and not others. When it fails it seems
there is also a
"Quick Browse" text also in the alert message.
