desktop alert for a custom Outlook form shows the form's author

A custom outlook form was created in Outlook 2000, now in Outlook 2003, when
the form is used the desktop alert shows the form's author as sending the
email. How do I change the desktop alert (in the form if possible) to show
the person sending the form instead of the form author?
