Please Note; that if you have a security software for example (
Anti-virus/anti-malware) and running in Real time protection Mode, it can
block you from Changing your Wallapaper, so try in Safe Mode and see if you
can or Disable the security software (please just for the change then Renable
the security back ON AGAIN).
