Desk top back grounds

's Computer Specifications

When I first got this XPS with windows vist, I could use pictures for the
back grounds. Now for some reason all I have is colors, I tried to use
different pictures, but there is not any that will work as a back ground. Any
suggestions?

What happens when you try to use a picture? What format are the pictures
you are trying to use? Are you trying the default Vista pictures or your
own pictures?

Go to Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Make the computer easier to see
link > Make things on the screen easier to see and UNcheck Remove background
images (where available)
