I am a fairly new user to Outlook. I have designed a new form and have saved
it on my desktop as an .oft file. I would like to know how to make this my
default contact form. I would appreciate any help regarding this issue.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm You will need to publish
the form before you do anything else.
