I have created a simple form, not using coding. When it is sent and another user opens it on their outlook the email looks like a new message and not my form...

....I am not separating the read layout.

Please can someone tell me how to change a setting (or something) that will solve my problem!

Thanks in advance!

It all depends on how you designed the form, who you are sending it to and
how.
How does it show when you send it to yourself?

Note that there is a newsgroups that is dedicated to using forms down the
hall;
outlook.program_vba

This newsgroup might not be available to Egghead though. Use the original
newsgroups hosted at Microsoft instead either via a browser or a newsreader
client. For an overview of Outlook related newsgroups see;

A custom message form won't work fully unless it has been published to the
Organizational Forms library or to each user's Personal Forms library with
the "send form definition with item" box on the (Properties) page unchecked.

The forms group is microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms, not program_vba.
