how to designate junk mail as not junk mail-using outlook 2002

's Computer Specifications

Outlooks incorrectly thinks an email is junk but it is NOT junk. How do I
designate that email as NOT Junk? Using Outlook 2002.

Outlook doesn't have a spam filter. Look at the options of the 3rd party
spam filter that you are using or check your rules; Tools-> Wizard Rules...
