Design View

's Computer Specifications

I have a database and i want to prevent any users to open the objects using
design view, it is possible i haven't try yet is this possible?how?
please give me some help on how i can start my code?
i haven't start creating yet because i don't have any idea how to start.
i am not a programmer and new to access 2003.
