Hello,

I am using FP 2003. In the design view, when I place my cursor over any of
my hyperlinks, "use CTRL+Click to follow hyperlink" displays. When I go ahead
and use CTRL+Click, instead of taking me to the hyperlink page, it keeps me
in Frontpage and opens a coding display of the page I am trying to hyperlink
to. Now, in the Preview display, when I simply click on the link, it does
take me directly to the requested page. How can I get that to work in the
Design display?

Also, in the Design display, all of my links are blue and underlined,
exactly as I want it. Yet when I enter the Preview page, many of them chance
to the "visited link" color purple, even if they haven't been clicked on. How
can I change that?

Thank you in advance for any help!!!

In design view, Ctrl-clicking a link will attempt to open the liked file
for editing - the linked file will open in a graphics editor, in Code
view, design view or some other editor depending on the type of file and
the settings in Tools->Site Settings - Configure Editors

In Design View every link will be displayed as though they have never
been visited. In Preview they will display as they will in Internet
Explorer - if they are purple, then you have viewed them before either
in IE or in FP Preview. Delete your Internet Explorer History to see
them as not visited (or change the colour settings for links in the page
to display both visited and non-visited links with the same colour).
