Design View of forms

Hi everyone,

I have a form INTAKE (frm_intake) with two pages (DEMO and PROD). When I
DESIGN VIEW of the INTAKE form, sometime the two pages can show up with full
content, and sometime only show the name of frm_demo and frm_prod for that
two pages and without anything for the content of the forms. Does anyone know
how to control the showing format?
