Hi
There are a few different ways to do this But this should work for you:
1. Create a new presentation based on your corporate template
2. Got to Insert -> slides from file -> browse to old file (2003) or Home ->
new slide drop down -> reuse slide -> from file (2007)
3. Click 'Insert all' (2003) or right click -> 'Insert all slides' (2007) -
do not tick 'keep source formatting'
4. You may need to go through slides re-applying the layout.
How well this works depends on how the original file was created (if it is
all in placeholders and no direct formatting was done to text or shapes you
should be good to go). It should get you started though.
If you need more info, post back and be sure to include your version.
