i can't find the little design button thingy that you have to use first, in
order to create a form. I looked on the bottom of the page (in page view),
like the microsoft help option said, but it wasn't down there. I looked on
all the tabs, in the add/drop options, in the all the bars. I even went to
the customize thing for looking at all buttons.....and i still couldn't find
it........?!?!?!?!?.........sorry for asking help about this but i have been
at this for like, an hour. this whole situation is just retarded, but i just
can't find it.

.....my bad....i have no clue as to why it would say, like, design and
