I have a report that I am designing to work as an invoice using company
headed paper. Therefore I wish to be able to have wider 'blank' footers for
the first page of the report, but smaller margins for the subsequent pages,
2, 3, 4, etc. Can it be done? Thanks

Go to view, and there is an option "report header" that will only show up on
the first page.
