desgin custom print in outlook daily view

I want to print a custom form in outlook, similar to the "trifold" style
under the calendar print style. I currently print this with the following
three columns: daily task list; to-do bar; and daily calendar. I want to
replace the calendar column with the contents from a custom search folder
that I have created. I have downloaded the "calendar printing assistant"
add-in but it just had more standard forms that I could not modify (that I
can see).
