Hi Mattias,
Buy a volume license. Then look into how RIS, RIPREP, and SYSPREP work.
One of those will do what you want. I'd start with Sysprep + Ghost (or
another imaging tool of choice) as the simplest solution, but RIS or Riprep
to me is the best if you'll be doing it all the time.
