Deployment to Win 98 SE

Hi all,

Has anyone encountered the following deployment scenario and if so, how did
you solve it?

A cleanly installed Win 98 SE (IE 5.0) without an internet connection.

I already have a bootstrapped vs.net 2k3 deployment project, that will do
everything but upgrade IE 5.0 to IE 5.01 as per dotnet requirements. I'm
hoping that MS supply a redistributable version of that upgrade (or similar)
that doesn't require an internet connection during installation.
Unfortunately I have yet to find it.

Anyone seen it?
