Interesting idea, but Steve Dodson is no longer on the Defender team, as I
understand it.

I'd recommend asking in an SMS-related group.

Whether or not it can, I suspect that it wouldn't be a good idea. Windows
Defender is not manageable. The management template available has very
limited controls. In any sizable managed network, you would be far better
off with Microsoft Forefront Client Security.
